The KnoThySelf group mission is to find and make available information and services that help people explore and appreciate the African American family history. The purpose of the group is to gather people together who want to work on album projects, paper crafts, or digital albums. Anyone with an interest in preserving their family history or photos should come join us for the fun.

In this group, we can share with each other ways to teach children and entire families how to live simply and naturally for optimal health. Knowledge of essential oils, herbs, gardening, nutrition, and stories from history should be shared between generations.
